El Chavo (Chaves in Brazil) is a party video game based on the Mexican TV series El Chavo Animado and was released exclusively in Mexico and Brazil for the Wii on April 27, 2012.[4] It was developed by Mexican[5] company Kaxan Media Group and published by Slang Publishing and Televisa Home Entertainment.

Gameplay[edit]

This game is patterned after Mario Party, where four characters compete in a board game, the object of which is to earn more points and medals than one's opponents. Up to four players can play.

Playable characters[edit]

This game also features four playable characters from the series, El Chavo, Quico, La Popis (Phoebe) and Ñoño (Junior).

Minigames[edit]

This game also features around 30 mini-games based on football, darts, piñata, cake baking, and other games. It has only one board that is loosely based on Snakes and Ladders.

Game modes[edit]

This game can have up to four players and has two modes, 'Libre' (Free Mode), where a player has an option to visit all the mini-games, and 'Copa' (Cup Mode), where players compete for medals.

The languages are Spanish, English and Portuguese. The English version uses the voices from the English dubbed version of the cartoon that only aired on Kabillion in the US.
